Has winglin been fixed?

It seems I can't get through it these pass few days.
I was planning to update Year of Luck and my other fanfictions on-hold but it says 404 error.
What's wrong with it?

To those whose been waiting for my updates, I'll update the fics - I promise that - as soon as
Winglin's server is up and running again. I hope it hasn't been shut down by the owner. I just hope.

I'm also writing in Fanfiction.net now, Gakuen Alice category though.
I've got 1 one-shot of Ruka and Hotaru; and a on-going fic about Mikan and Natsume.
I am so loving the fanfics there it's just so good!
